Today we’d like to announce the launch of our new fansite community centre, Little Big Fans.
Well we say ‘our’, we made it, but for the purposes of its existence it is not hosted as part of this site, but as its own entity.
Little Big Fans is a site where readers will be able to find a comprehensive list of LittleBigPlanet fansites, and site owners will be able to join a community of other fansite folk, and cross promote their site without worrying who is the best this week.
The sites are displayed in a random order so no one gets preference, not even us…
At LittleBigFans you will find a selection of LittleBigPlanet related fan-made websites, each one with it’s own style, content and community.
Treat it like the menu in your favourite restaurant, where a different experience lies behind every door, fantastic fan-crafted morsels for you to get your teeth into, and you know can trust that each one to be delicious. Perhaps you’ll order a classic dish, or maybe try something new, if you can’t decide then hit the random button and see what awaits you - whatever your LittleBigPlanet taste may be, Little BIG Fans will cater for you.
Anyone who owns a LBP fan created site can sign up to join the rotation, and then plug all the other members by displaying this widget on their site. You can also display the widget on your non LBP site if you so wish, you just can’t be added to the rotation.
Currently the list of sites is small, but we hope to grow it as we spread word to fan site owners around the world.
