If you still haven’t bought LittleBigPlanet, or you’re thinking of getting it for a loved one this Christmas, then why not pretend to be a student, get 10% off over at The Game Collection, and pick up LBP for £17.98. All you need to do is follow these steps, unless you are already a student, in which case you are probably already doing step 3.
- Go to the LBP Product page on The Game Collection
- Add LBP To your cart
- Pretend to be a student by eating a pot noodle or something
- At the checkout, enter the code STUDENT10%
- Put in an NUS card number in at the checkout in order to get the discount (this should probably be yours, but you might be able to bribe a nearby student with a packet of crisps for this information)
Done, your 10% discount is applied. Now simply pay up, and you will soon be the proud owner of the best PS3 game ever made. This code applies to everything in the store, so why not see what other bargains you can find, just be careful not to spill your Bombay Bad Boy Pot Noodle onto your dressing gown.
Other hot deals this Chrimbo for students and tax paying citizens alike include this incredible bundle of a PS3, Motorstorm2 and LittleBigPlanet, which when applying this voucher comes to only £264.59! Bargain!

Another retailer discounts LittleBigPlanet by just over 50%. Amazon.co.uk are currently listing the game for £21.62, even cheaper than the already insanely low £23 over at DVD.co.uk.
This probably spells trouble - retailers have possibly overbought stock, not getting the sell-through they’d hoped for. This could be either a total lack of interest in the game outside a certain circle, the economy collapsing all around us, or the vast number of games competing for shelf space right now… whatever it is, you could grab yourself a bargain, so go go go!

If you’re feeling the weight of the financial crisis bearing heavily upon your shoulders, and have yet to splurge on the game of the century (that’s LittleBigPlanet obviously) then check this out!
DVD.co.uk are offering a massive saving of over 50% on LittleBigPlanet, down from £49.99 to £23.85… delivered!
How can anyone pass that up? It’s just in time for the VAT drop on Monday, Black Friday, and of course, pay day! What good fortune eh? Except possibly for Sony, as this may be a potential sign of poor sell through… shhh.
